TRACKED DELIVERY:

Next-day delivery (except Sundays & public holidays). Order by 7pm to receive your order the next day.

Delivery is free for orders over AED 200. Delivery fee of AED 25 applies to orders under AED 200.Delivery of Christmas trees may take 48–72 hours due to the item’s size.

Kindly be aware that some areas of the UAE may not be included in our coverage or may experience a longer service (delivery expected after 2 days). Please refer to this list for further details. click here

STORE COLLECTION:

Order by 7pm for next-day collection from 1pm.

Collection is free, but hampers are not eligible for collection or refund.

We’re currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

In most cases, your whole order will be delivered at the same time. There may be cases, however, when orders are delivered in separate parcels due to item availability.
